Lool! This one was made with Windows GIF Animator & Virtual Dub Mod (program that cuts a part of the media file).
Just use VDM to cut away until u get the part u want from the media file. Then use the GIF animator, select the part of the file that was cut away and select which frames to put in, make it loop, and save!
